Which did you find more appealing, the introduction or the conclusion? Neither. It was when the twins were stripping the boat house that the story got really interesting for me. The actual fact about why they were separated and what kept them apart. In some ways, this story was a lot like Atonement by Ian McEwan.
Why would you recommend or not recommend this book? I would recommend this book to anyone who doesn't mind the settings overpowering the scene. In no way was this a bad thing but to readers who like a clear separation between backdrop and characters then this is not the book for you.
Did the book description relate to the story? Loved it. It was clear, to the point and made me want to pick up the book to discover what it was that separated the twins. The title was especially imaginative and gave whole new meaning to the story.
